"I purchased a 2018 Honda GoldWing and needed help with purchasing and connecting a wireless Bluetooth Headset to the Apple CarPlay. To my surprise, after visiting 3 Honda dealerships, no one had an understanding of which unit worked best. No dealership carried any inventory nor did they know how to connect the unit to my bike. That is, until I visited Central Maine Powersports. Josh Hanson, one of the parts associates was a wealth of knowledge and was willing to connect the unit to my bike at no extra cost. After reviewing several models in stock, I decided on the Sena 20S EVO. Josh reviewed an installation video and learned he had to work through missing instructions; he didn’t give up until everything was working as it should. His positive attitude and professional approach was greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, stop by Central Maine Powersports."
